What Is Sleep Mode on iPhone?

Research shows that getting enough quality sleep is essential for your health, mood, and productivity. Keeping this in mind, Apple introduced Sleep Focus, previously called Bedtime Mode, in the Health app. Sleep Focus is part of the broader Focus settings on iPhone, which also includes Do Not Disturb and Work Focus. However, Sleep Focus is specifically designed for nighttime use.

Expert Tips to Improve Your Sleep Routine

Make the most of Sleep Focus and create better sleep hygiene with these tips:

    1. up until a few days ago, my phone played the beginning of a lullaby 1 minute before my scheduled bedtime began, which I liked. One night this week it changed to a simple “bonk” sound. I don’t see how to select the audio played at bedtime as a reminder. Is there a way to do that?
