Step #1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap on Display & Brightness.

Step #1. Like we did before, launch the Settings app followed by “Display & Brightness“.
Step #2. Tap on “Night Shift” → Tap on From/To under Schedule.
You’ll now not need to do any other configuration. Night Shift mode will automatically set your screen accordingly with the schedule. Apple, in its latest operating system iOS 13, has introduced Dark Mode. You can use dark mode on your iPhone and iPad to protect your eyes from straining.
