Watch 4 has a new feature named Workout Do Not Disturb which lets you auto silence alerts during exercise. Even better, as soon as the workout ends, DND is automatically turned off. It’s an ideal feature to attain the maximum peace of mind during yoga, isn’t it?
How to Enable Workout Do Not Disturb on Apple Watch
There is currently no option to turn on Workout Do Not Disturb right from Apple Watch. Hence, you will need to get it done from the Watch app from your iPhone running iOS 11.
Step #1. Launch Watch app on your paired iPhone.
Step #2. Next, you need to tap on My Watch tab at the bottom → Tap on General.
Step #3. Next up, you have to tap on Do Not Disturb.
Step #4. Finally, toggle on the switch next to Workout Do Not Disturb.
How to Disable Workout Do Not Disturb on Apple Watch
If you ever don’t want to auto silence notifications during workouts, you can easily disable it.
Step #1. Open Watch app on your iPhone → My Watch → General.
Step #2. Tap on Do Not Disturb.
Step #3. Turn off the switch next to Workout Do Not Disturb.
