Best XP Maps in Fortnite: Codes and Tips

Progressing through levels in Fortnite is far from an easy task. It requires you to grind in the game for dozens of hours before you can reach that elusive Level 200 and unlock all Battle Pass rewards. While some players still manage to do it every season, it’s a fact that not everyone can find the time for it and, hence, could use some help from Fortnite’s XP maps in this regard.

Think of a lax game mode that lets you accumulate XP points without needing as much of your attention as the main Fortnite modes—that’s what XP maps are. These maps offer you an easy pathway to advance through the progression tiers and help you unlock more Battle Pass rewards than you would if you stuck with the primary modes in the game. As is the case with any user-created map, you can either search by name or use the associated unique code to find an XP map in the game.

Level Progression in Fortnite

Throughout Fortnite’s existence, Epic Games has periodically tweaked and overhauled the game’s progression system. Whether it be expanding Battle Pass to 200 tiers or unifying progression across all Fortnite experiences, the American developer has significantly changed the level progression system in its multiplayer title since the latter’s inception.

Its biggest change in recent times, which came in 2024, made it such that earning XP in any mode would count towards progression across all modes. In other words, players could spend all their time playing their mode of choice and still earn battle pass rewards for other modes as well.

8 best Fortnite maps for XP farming

To save your time and energy, community creators have designed certain Fortnite maps that offer you more XP than usual and some of them don’t even require you to get into the thick of action. Instead, in those maps, you can gain XP passively and with minimal input from your end. Since how much XP you can gain in a day is capped, you’d have to regularly use these maps to meet your target. In the list below, we have included the best XP maps for Fortnite progression, their codes, along with tips to make the most of each of them.

1. Lyadoll Party Royale by LYMT3

Lyadoll party royale fortnite

Code: 7112-8777-0902

This is what many would call a “cozy game,” since there is no weapon damage and no competition among the players. Lyadoll Party Royale puts you on a festive island, where you can indulge in dancing to the soothing music and chatting with others in the map. You may also explore the vivid neighborhoods located on the tropical party island and collect coins.

Tip:

to farm XP: While collecting coins and exploring in general gives small XP gains, you can get reasonable XP boosts by visiting the campfire in the southern area and just standing there.

2. Hacker Tycoon by SpyStudio

Hacker tycoon fortnite

Code: 4397-8620-1913

In this cyber-themed map, your goal is to become the biggest and wealthiest hacker in the world. You start with a patch of land that you have to upgrade to build your hacker den. To collect money for the same, you can hack other players. Among the stuff you can buy are computers, servers, clickers, smartphones, and the like. On top of these, you can even “buy” hackers to work for you in your safehouse.

Tip to farm XP: Get started with hacking and invest the money into upgrades, most importantly clickers. Next, start hitting the clicker with your pickaxe again and again to farm XP. Make sure to upgrade your safehouse and its items as soon as you have enough money to further increase XP returns.

3. Santa Slide And Chill by Soyzoella

Code: 1631-1033-4522

As the name suggests, Santa Slide And Chill is a game intended to be relaxing, without any major risk of failure. You can go on an infinite sliding spree and collect coins in this laid-back XP map. It offers no notable obstacle or difficulty for most players and is a nice option when you are tired of the competitiveness in other Fortnite modes.

Tip:

to farm XP: Get on the rail and hold sprint to rapidly collect coins in the path and gain XP while doing so.

4. Winter Trickshot Parkour by UnityStudio

Winter trickshot parkour fortnite

Code: 1275-4602-9363

This XP map is a gauntlet in which you navigate your way across various platforms, including ramps and rails, while collecting coins and executing trick shots. There are a total of 100 levels that test your platforming and shooting skills, alongside 50 bonus levels. Furthermore, you can also invite friends and play this map together.

Tip:

to farm XP: At the beginning, you can go to the room on your left and collect all coins to gain some XP right off the bat. Then, you can move to the room on the right and get on the rail to farm XP. After that, you can also get on the jump pad, adjacent to the rail, for more XP.

5. Squid Game Tycoon by Frostmouse

Code: 5655-2869-7519

Squid Game Tycoon is a Fortnite map for up to 6 players, which houses various minigames inspired by Netflix’s Squid Game series. You can also explore the map to visit themed locations from where you can gain in-game money and buy items and upgrades. Notably, there are several cosmetics, ranging from hats to pets, that you can unlock in this XP map.

Tip:

to farm XP: At the onset, you will have to keep attacking the clicker with your pickaxe for money and XP gain. Once you have enough money, buy better weapons, such as the Harbinger SMG, to shoot the clicker and accelerate the XP farming.

6. FortM by Poobie

Fortm fortnite

Code: 6163-6465-2983

FortM is like a lite version of GTA within Fortnite. Apparently, its name is also a nod to the FiveM multiplayer modification for GTA V. In this XP map, you can mainly join gangs, complete jobs, purchase property, and interact with other characters. Unlike other maps, FortM actually offers a fun element and incentivizes spending time in its world.

Tip:

to farm XP: You can join a crew, such as GBA, head to its base, and then repeatedly interact with the NPC who is usually located near a barrel or close to the fire. After that’s over, you can switch crews by selecting “The Family” option via the in-game phone and then find and interact with the table for more XP gains.

7. Blitz 2v2 Arena Fast Pool Wars by Swissmaps

Pool wars fortnite

Code: 8421-5636-8362

This fast-paced shooter map puts two duos against one another in a pool arena. There is no build option or cover, so it’s a test of your aim and quick shooting ability. You get access to all weapons right from the get-go, so you conveniently can mix and match your loadout in each round. Since this XP map features rounds that don’t last for long, it is naturally suited for quick XP progression.

Tip:

to farm XP: To reduce the time it takes to farm XP, you can play this map in a private lobby with friends. Also, ensure that you are collecting your daily rewards at the DJ booth for an additional XP boost.

8. Prison Escape by Itemi

Prison escape fortnite

Code: 7300-0705-2924

This map is a miniature zombie apocalypse scenario, in which you are in charge of eliminating the “walkers” (zombies) who have swarmed the prison. Taking down enemies gives you in-game money that can be spent on upgrading weapons and gear. Clearing an area is another way you can get new equipment.

Tip:

to farm XP: Access the rest area (lobby) as soon as you spawn and stand near the campfire to constantly get XP. Since there is a possibility of being timed out while doing this, make sure you are moving your character at least every 2 to 3 minutes.

Even though the aforementioned maps are great for XP farming, there is a chance that a few of them may get nerfed if Fortnite devs feel those maps are giving away XP too easily. Keeping that in mind, if a certain map isn’t generating enough XP for you, be sure to check out a different one from the list.
