Countries that now support the ECG app on Apple Watch with watchOS 11

Apple is continuously expanding its brand services and making them available to more users globally. Apple Watch Series 4’s most talked-about feature, ECG, was once restricted to the US and some nearby territories. However, with the launch of watchOS 11, Apple has made the feature available to more countries. Right now, there are 169 countries where Apple Watch ECG works.
What is Apple Watch ECG?
The ECG feature is compatible with all Apple Watch devices, starting with Series 4. Every two hours, the irregular heart rhythm notification function examines heart rates in the background and alerts you if it finds any irregularity. So, you may get a warning for potentially hazardous heart rhythms and progress to more severe disorders.
You can check this from the onboard heart rate sensor and the built-in Heart Rate app. The Apple Watch’s life-saving features have saved a human life in several cases. Therefore, Apple wants more people to use it. Let’s jump into the list of Apple Watch ECG-supported countries.

Can you enable the Apple Watch ECG feature in any country?
You can’t use the feature if you live outside the above-mentioned countries where Apple Watch ECG works. Also, it was believed that it could be installed by changing the App Store country and region, even in those countries where it’s unavailable. However, that was not to be.
The regulatory approval processes have prevented it from being available everywhere. However, seeing the speed with which Apple launched the ECG app outside of the USA, I can say that it will soon embrace more territories.
