How to Add Music to Instagram Stories on iPhone

Step #1. Launch Music app on your iOS device.

Step #2. Next, you need to select the song you wish to add to your story. Then, tap on it.

Step #3. Now, use the time bar to choose the section of the song you want to add. Then, pause the song.

You can also play YouTube video in the background.

Step #4. Next, launch Instagram on your device.

Step #5. Tap on the camera icon at the top left the corner.

Step #6. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up Control Center.

Step #7. Swipe left to access music preferences. Now, play the song.

Step #8. Close the Control Center. Then, touch and hold the shutter button to start recording.

Step #9. Once you have recorded your story. Tap on the “+” button at the bottom to upload your story.
