Apple Music was released with much fanfare in June WWDC 2015. As expected, people were keen to experience this beautiful app. For the first three months, Apple Music was free, post this period, users had to pay a fix amount every month. This has boosted the spirit of many iPhone and iPad users to subscribe for Apple Music.
With this app came lot of information and tutorials because Apple Music was new for all users. We have recently listed some quick help for users to make the most of playlists in Apple Music app. In spite of much has been written on this wonderful app, users keep asking questions on Apple Music in general and “shuffling songs” in particular.
We have been receiving many questions regarding this; in earlier versions of Music app of Apple had a dedicated shuffle button, which is now missing. But with the help of this info, you can easily shuffle songs from My Music in Apple Music app.
How to Shuffle Songs in Apple Music on iPhone or iPad
Step #1. Launch Apple Music app.
Step #2. Tap on My Music button from the bottom menu.
Step #3. Under the Recently Added section, you can find a drop-down button → Tap on the button.
A drop-down menu will open.
Step #4. Tap on Songs from the menu.
Step #5. Tap on any songs to play and tap again on the song.
Check that the “Repeat” button is OFF.
Step #6. Now tap on Shuffle button (see the screenshot).
It’s done. All the songs are shuffled; you can listen to songs without following any sequence. The app will randomly select any song from the list.
