Bleach has returned to Fortnite for a second stint in the Item Shop, attracting fans of the highly popular anime to the online multiplayer game. As formal confirmation of the same, the official Fortnite X account recently shared a teaser, giving everyone a glimpse of what’s to come.
The coveted Japanese IP’s first partnership with the Epic-developed title took place in December 2025. In the original run, Bleach characters including Orihime Inoue, Rukia Kuchiki, Ichigo Kurosaki, and Uryu Ishida were enrolled in Fortnite’s skins catalog. Now, a new set of cosmetics is set to arrive soon in Wave 2 of the Fortnite x Bleach collab.

On the flipside, some fans took the opportunity to ask the devs for themed content related to other renowned anime IPs, One Piece and My Hero Academia. Moreover, they also suggested video game franchises, including Sonic The Hedgehog and Nier: Automata, as potential collab partners for the future.
Fortnite Bleach Wave 2 leaked content
Prior to the official confirmation, reputed leakers Shiina and HYPEX had leaked the arrival of Yoruichi and Kisuke in Fortnite. After their reports surfaced on July 30, more information was dished out by other insiders, giving a deeper look into the Wave 2 content for Fortnite x Bleach.
According to SpushFNBR, the Yoruichi Fortnite skin is set to come in two variants: Regular and Ninja. Similarly, Kisuke is rumored to have three different variants whose finer details are yet to be known. While Yoruichi is expected to be complemented with the Shunryu Kokubyo Arms pickaxe and Yoruichi Cape back bling, Kisuke is reported to get the Benihime pickaxe and Soul Candy back bling.
