First up, you will need to enable Do Not Disturb if you want to use it. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up Control Center and then tap on the crescent moon icon to enable it. Optionally, you can go to Settings → Do Not Disturb  → and Switch it on.

To disable it, follow the steps again and then switch it off.

Step #1. Launch Settings app.

Step #2. Tap on Do Not Disturb.

Step #3. Tap on Allow Calls From.

Step #4. Now, you will have options to allow calls from Everyone, No One or Favorites. Tap on Favorites.
