How to Pause A Workout Using Force Touch on Apple Watch
Step 1: While you are in the Workout app on your Apple Watch, Force Touch the screen.
Step 2: Pause or End option will appear. If you don’t want to continue with the workout, tap on End. Else, tap on Pause.
