Fan anticipation surrounding Fortnite Treasure Hunters, which kicks off on November 1, 2026, has been mounting over the past couple of weeks, especially thanks to its highly awaited collab with One Piece. Recently, the game officially revealed images and a teaser, shedding light on the various new skins, including those based on fan-favorite characters from the manga-turned-anime, that are going to join the upcoming mini-season.

With the One Piece chest already sitting on Fortnite’s Battle Royale map, there is little time left until a change of theme takes over the game. Downtime for update v43.00 is expected to begin at 2 AM ET (11 PM PT on October 31), with the new season going live once servers return. As such, we now have a firm understanding of which One Piece characters are rolling out in the game, which other IPs are getting Fortnite cosmetics, and what the Battle Pass is seemingly set to feature.

What’s in the Fortnite Treasure Hunters Battle Pass?

On October 28, Fortnite revealed its key art for the Treasure Hunters mini-season, which features all anime-style skins bar one, as shown in the image below. Since this type of promotional art has often acted as a glimpse of the respective season’s Battle Pass content, the community is reading it the same way this time around as well.

With that said, the Fortnite Treasure Hunters Battle Pass characters shown here, in clockwise order, are:

  • Captain X
  • Ace
  • Cuddle Team Leader (remix skin)
  • Jonesy (remix skin)
  • Charlotte (remix skin)
  • Nico Robin

Fortnite x One Piece crossover: All confirmed characters and items

Across the various promotional pictures and videos, several different One Piece characters have been confirmed. These range from main leads such as Luffy to other fan favorites such as Ace.

1. Monkey D. Luffy

2. Roronoa Zoro

3. Nami

4. Usopp

5. Vinsmoke Sanji

6. Portgas D. Ace

7. Buggy

Nico Robin, revealed through the Battle Pass key art, brings the One Piece lineup to eight characters.

Apart from skins modeled on them, a few of these One Piece characters are apparently also getting their own Mythic items, drawn from the franchise’s lore, in Fortnite. The items spotted in the teasers so far include Luffy’s Gum-Gum abilities, a Zoro sword Mythic and Usopp’s Slingshot, along with a tangerine healing item.

In addition, a few visual revamps, such as One Piece-themed POIs in Battle Royale, are also depicted in the media released so far. Interestingly, the intimidating Sea King from the highly rated anime, called Lord of the Coast, may also appear in some capacity.

More collab skins in Fortnite Treasure Hunters

While One Piece is basically headlining the Treasure Hunters season, collabs with other IPs are set to land during the same period. These partnerships involve famous virtual singers Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto. The former will be getting a unique pirate-themed skin in the game, whereas the latter will be making her Fortnite debut.

It’s not just virtual celebs and fictional characters that make up the noteworthy collabs coming to Fortnite in the coming weeks. Real-world, chart-topping rappers A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert are also confirmed to get their own Fortnite skins in the Treasure Hunters mini-season.

For what is expected to be a short season, Fortnite Treasure Hunters is looking reasonably packed with crossover cosmetics and other in-game makeovers. So far, the fan excitement around the One Piece-led update has been impressive. It now rests on Epic Games to show whether it can turn this positive hype into strong momentum and boost Fortnite’s player engagement.
