Apple and NBCUniversal are launching a $15 bundle on October 20 that includes Apple TV and Peacock Premium, offering about 30% in savings.
Apple and NBCUniversal are forming a partnership to offer a new streaming bundle that includes Apple TV and Peacock for $15 per month. Launching on October 20, the bundle will give subscribers access to both services at a 30 percent discount compared to paying for them separately. If not for this bundle, Apple TV alone costs $12.99 per month, while Peacock Premium starts at $10.99 per month.
Apple One subscribers on the Family and Premier plans can add Peacock Premium Plus and enjoy a 35 percent discount. This upgraded tier allows users to download content for offline viewing and removes most ads, unlike the standard Premium plan.
To promote the forthcoming bundle, both Apple and Peacock apps will offer an “extensive sampling” of each other’s content.
The new bundle arrives shortly after Apple officially rebranded Apple TV+ to simply “Apple TV”, complete with a refreshed logo. This strategic partnership could boost both platforms as the streaming market grows increasingly competitive.
