Select Cellular Data Options Data.

If you see LTE , 3G 04 4G options, either your iPhone or Carrier does not support 5G. You can try confirming it with your carrier.

If your iPhone and Carrier both support 5G, it will show a 5G or 5G Auto or LTE options.
