Are you using these

iPhone Camera Settings?

On iPhone 12 and 13, activate this feature to adjust photos taken with the front of the Ultra-Wide camera for more natural-looking results.

Toggle it on, and your selfies will mirror the image instead of flipping it as the iPhone's camera usually does.

Use studio light that captures accurate and bright colors.  Adjust the aperture to give a perfect depth effect in Portrait Photos.

iPhone XS and later models can quickly click the image by activating Prioritize Fast Shooting. This eliminates image processing in the background.

Navigate to Settings → Camera → toggle on Grid. This will help you align objects perfectly in the frame and click a better picture.
