WinX MediaTrans is a worthy alternative to iTunes. What makes this software so handy is the ability to let you manage your media with ease. Besides, it has a more intuitive user-interface than iTunes. You can transfer your photos or videos from your computer to iPhone/iPad using WinX MediaTrans with unmatched speed.

When I first had an interaction with MediaTrans, I doubted its claim to transfer 100 4K photos in just eight minutes. However, once I put my hands on the software, it did live up to its saying.
