This newly designed app has every feature a young professional looks for to maintain his daily tasks at office and at home. The app works efficiently on iOS 7 and iOS 8. You can manage your private tasks effortlessly as the app gives passcode protection in start-up screen.
Even if I have a blogging experience of more than half a decade, I must admit that there were very few apps, which allowed me to change fonts, size, colours and backgrounds. Its customizable appearance can easily capture anybody’s attention; moreover, you can sync your tasks & projects across different devices with the help of Dropbox. Your tasks can be edited in any text editor by the person with whom you share tasks. Aside from Dropbox, you can send your tasks by email, print, AirDrop and AirPrint.

Its paper-like user experience gives a distraction-free interface to any user. Apart from this, users can create outlining, trees, sub-folders, sub-notes and sub-tasks in TaskOnPaper. If you have listed many tasks on this app, you don’t have to scratch your head while finding your tasks. The powerful search with advanced query language gives flexibility of management. Search your tasks/projects quickly and easily.
- Create a new item by tapping the plus button.
- Create a project by typing a colon “:” at the end of the line.
- Create a task by starting a line with a hyphen.
- Change the item by typing (Project, Task, or Note) on a blank line, tap the Return key to cycle through your choices.
- Edit an existing item by double tapping on the item’s text.
Explore this app more on your iPhone and check other benefits & features. However, as a user I have noticed that the app doesn’t have the facility of reminder. Moreover, the user-interface of the app is not welcoming to any common user. What can be done with a single tap, here in this app, user has to type in. A complex user-interface can be a major turn-off to many users.
