How to Fix Siri Suggestions Not Working on iPhone and iPad Running iOS 9

In order to fix the issue, turn off Siri Suggestions, Siri, Location Services and Reset Network Settings. Let’s get into details of each step.

Disable Siri Suggestions

Like many other troubleshooting how-tos, we did this first; so we disabled Siri Suggestions and then enabled it.

Step #1. Launch Settings app on your iDevice → Tap on General.

Step #2. Tap on Spotlight Search.

Step #1. Launch Settings app on your iDevice → Tap on General.

Step #1. Go to Settings → Privacy

Reset Network Settings

Step #1. Tap on Settings → General.

Once you are done with above steps, go for hard restart of your device. Hold the power and home buttons simultaneously until your iDevice restarts.
