    Another helpless bs.

  • Robert Johnson

rebooting my iPhone 6Plus solved my problem with Siri.

  • Frank Silva

I push the home button to ask SIRI a question, but it doesn’t make the traditional beeping sound before she starts to dictate. All it does is show the line that moves when she hears you say something. Almost like there’s a Bluetooth connection somewhere, but not close enough to hear you speak. I turned BLuetooth off. No difference. Speaker works, Mic records sound with videos. Something else must be the problem, in order to do the trick.

I have the same AND identical problem as Frank. Latest iOS. Other than the Siri issues, the phone works perfectly. iPhone 6 Plus

I have the same problem. Did you ever get Siri to work? Every thing else works. Thanks

you can test the microphone that siri uses by taking a video with the front camera. If you do not hear anything or just static, then the mic is bad.
