Mac has answers to all your queries. While taking a photo, you always think of sharing it with others. Fortunately, Apple has always been intent on making photo sharing easy and quick.
With the iPhoto app on Mac, you can create a photo stream that can be shared with other people easily. You can choose the recipients very conveniently. That means you can share it with a select few. If there are people who do not use Apple devices, iPhoto has a solution for them too.
How to Share a Photo Stream with iPhoto on Mac:
Step 1: Open iPhoto.
Step 2: Hold the Command key and click on the pictures you want to select for sharing.
Step 3: Click “Share” button from the toolbar.
Step 4: From the pop up menu, choose Photo Stream and then, select New Photo Stream (You can alternatively drag the selected photos to the iCloud folder on the source list.)
Step 5: A dialogue box will appear. Here, you need to type in the email address of the people you want to invite, in the space that says, Share with. Also, provide name and comments (if you wish so).
Step 6: Press on Share button for sharing.
If you have to share this folder with someone who does not own an Apple device, you can simply checkbox the option Public Website. However, these people will not be able to comment or see other comments on the shared album.
