Before any Apple event, the blogosphere is ringing with rumors and gossips about future products and software releases. This time, it is most likely that Apple will bring updated iPad Pro models in 11-inch and 12.9-inch form factors.
The event, to be held on October 30, will take place in Brooklyn. Experts believe that Apple is all set to introduce a new design to its iPad Pro line-up as the company has taken some inspiration from iPhone X.

Some industry insiders also believe that the new iPad Pros will boast Face ID feature, and thus, there won’t be the home button on the hardware.
For the last couple of weeks, there have been rumors of sleeker iPad Pro. Leaked CAD images and the renders based on those images lead us to believe that Apple is going to redesign its iPad Pro, and this change will be reflected in the event.
If you want to see the proof, 9to5Mac has found something interesting, which points out sweeping changes in iPad Pro design. An iPad Pro icon in the depths of iOS confirms the new form factor in the upcoming iPad Pro.
From the image, it is known that there won’t be an edgeless display as we can see on the iPhone X. Another important thing the renders reveal is the absence of notch and seamless blend of Face ID sensors into the bezel.
Rumors were also there that Face ID in future iPad Pros can be used in portrait and landscape mode, as most of the times, iPads are used in landscape mode by almost all users.
Among other design changes, gossip mongers believe that the new iPads won’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Reports also making rounds that future iPad Pros might show a thin profile of 5.86mm. If this is to be believed, the upcoming iPad models will be the thinnest we have seen yet.
A design overhaul was a long-standing change Apple should introduce in its iPad Pro models. With the change in iPhones, people would surely expect some change in the iPad as well.
