iPhone XS, XS Plus, and iPhone 2018 Hands-on Comparison Video: Gossip Mills Silenced

Until now, we have seen and read many rumors on future iPhones. But this video clears all doubts about the design, functions, and features of 2018 iPhones.

Last year Apple released three smartphones. With the regular two iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, the company also released its anniversary device iPhone X. This year too, Apple is planning to launch three devices and there will be other surprises too.

Well, the surprise doesn’t lie in any extra device, but the design and features of the 2018 iPhones. Until a couple of weeks ago, there were only rumors and gossips about the future iPhones. Then came the concept images of Apple’s 6.1-inch¬† iPhone model.

Hands-on Comparison of iPhone XS, iPhone XS Plus, and iPhone 2018

When Ben Geskin tweeted the dummy units of 2018 iPhones, people took the rumors seriously. And within 24 hours, Ben uploaded a video of 2018 iPhones. This leaves little doubt in our minds about the size and other physical features of the future iPhones.

Finally, this video from Mobile Fun brings the first look at upcoming iPhones 2018. The iPhone accessories maker has received high-quality replicas of two of the iPhones supposed to be announced by Apple this September.

Note that one of the upcoming iPhones has the same dimension as the current iPhone X. This comparison is between the three iPhones: two replicas of future iPhones and the current iPhone X since the third (future) iPhone model looks the same as the current iPhone X.

First, the names of iPhones. The largest iPhone is believed to be called iPhone X Plus, iPhone, and iPhone XS.

iPhone X Plus is coming with massive 6.5″ OLED display; iPhone is supposed to have a 6.1-inch display. Remember, this 6.1-inch iPhone is likely to have an LCD display and it may be priced reasonably to attract mid-range consumers.

The third iPhone XS, which is in line with the 6.5-inch model, will have an OLED display of 5.8″.

It is hinted by Apple that 6.1-inch iPhone is a budget-friendly model, which is indicated in singular rear camera. While iPhone X Plus and iPhone XS will have a dual rear camera.

This roots out any possibility of triple camera set up as has been rumored by many.

Rumors also suggested that the future iPhones will flaunt thinner bezels; but looking at the current replicas, there won’t be any significant change in bezels.

In all the three models, other features like volume buttons, power button, silent switch, lightning port, and SIM card tray will remain the same.
