The pre-orders for iPhone 7/7 Plus and Apple Watch Series 2 have started from today. As expected, there is a lot of rush among fans to grab a brand new iPhone.
According to reports, the estimated shipping dates for the new iPhones have already slipped to 2-3 weeks or even later. The shipping date for most Jet Black models has pushed back to November.
However, there is no reason for you to be disappointed as you can still grab your favorite model with a little bit of work.
iPhone 7/7 Plus Shipping Dates Already Pushed to November
Reservations for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will reopen on September 17 at 8:00 a.m. local time in the United States and at 6:00 a.m. local time in the United Kingdom. It will allow the prospective buyers to reserve an iPhone and pick it up at a local Apple retail store within a set 30-minute window.
In Canada, the “Reserve and Pick Up” program has just started off.
As per reports, iPhone 7 Plus reservations have already been sold out in Ontario. However, some models of the new phablet are still available at select stores in other provinces.
“Reserve and Pick Up” program has kick-started in Australia, Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and Switzerland for select models. In Italy, the reservation is to reopen on September 17 at 6:00 a.m. local time. The tech giant is to accept reservations in the United Arab Emirates on September 17 as well.
The latest flagship smartphones from the most valuable brand are reported to launch at Apple Stores on September 16. As expected, the demand for the new iPhone seems to be already surpassing the supply.
Despite having almost the same design of its predecessor, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus have been able to impress fans thanks mainly to the much powerful processor and camera. The new iPhone is claimed to be 40% faster than the previous model.
