UkrainianiPhone.com posted photos of what appears to be schematics for iPhone 6 / iPhone 6 case. The schematics shows a rounded iPhone (we’re going back to the legendary iPhone 3Gs) which is larger but effectively thinner than all current iPhone models.
Unlike Digitimes or Nowhereelse.fr, UkrainianiPhone doesn’t post often and when it posts, it usually turns out to be reliable. This one, coming as it is after a series of dubious leaks of iPhone 6 cases and renders, appear to fit into the description of the iPhone 6 that we’ve been hearing for the past few weeks.
The schematics go on to show some dimensions of what could probably be the next flagship iPhone.
The photos show that the iPhone 6 could be 6mm thin – that’s probably the thinnest an iPhone can get. The schematic diagram also shows a rounded iPhone 6 with a design similar to the iPhone 6 renders that came out earlier this month.
What is interesting is that the photos also contain a schematic of what could be iPhone 6’s backplate. Nothing much can be read valuably from the backplate schematic though.
The power/sleep button is shown to be on the side, consistent with all the rumors and claims so far. A power button on the side makes it easy to access it with one hand for an iPhone 6 with large screen size. The iPhone 6 is rumored to have at least a 4.7″ screen/display size.
As noted by 9to5Mac, the renders do not have an elongated (pill-shaped) cutout for the LED flash. It could be that Apple has altered the LED flash to include a powerful system within a shorter confine.
It is widely expected that the iPhone 6 will release in the September/October time frame. There have been varied reports on Apple introducing two new iPhones (as it did with iPhone 5s and 5c) but so far, we have only seen leaks and rumors about the 4.7″ iPhone 6.
