For any smartphone user, battery life is one of the biggest concerns as smartphones drain more battery than feature phones do. With applications galore, internet usage and other smart features, battery life of a smartphone has always been an issue for manufacturers. But Apple seems to have overcome this issue in its latest iOS 9.
iOS 9 Battery Life
Among the many new features announced by Apple during WWDC 2015, low power battery mode in iOS 9 could be the prominent one for developers as well as users too.
According to Craig Federighi, Software VP of Apple, “It pulls switches you didn’t even know existed.” However, developers must have noted that Craig didn’t say a word regarding what functions or features it will disable.
Now users will not be worried that their battery is about to turn off. Talk with your friends and loved ones for long hours, explore the internet until your data plan is exhausted.
With strong battery backup, developers can enjoy the access to number of apps and common users will have more time to watch videos, listen to music and play games with full blast on their favorite iOS devices like iPad and iPhone.
iOS 9 will be available to developers today, as a public beta in July and launches to the general public this fall. Go for the Low Power Mode on your iPhone and iPad now!
