Fix “iCloud Music Library Can’t be Enabled” Error on iPhone or iPad

Step #1. Open Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.

Step #3. Switch iCloud Music Library ON → A message will ask you to choose if you want to Replace or Merge your library.
