How to Start a Slideshow in Memories in iOS 10 Photos App

Step #1. Open the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad → Tap on Memories tab at the bottom → Tap on the memory you want to check out.

Step #2. Tap on the play button on the large photo from the top of the screen.

Step #3. To pause the slideshow, tap on the screen and a pause button will show up at the bottom.

Change your Slideshow Theme in Memories

Don’t like the slideshow theme in your Memories? You can change it to your best liking.

Tap on the pause button at the bottom of the screen (As shown in above image).

In order to pick your preferred theme, you need to swipe left and right on the menu bar under the slideshow then tap on the one you like. There are several options like epic, club, dreamy, sentimental, extreme, gentle, chill, happy etc.

Edit Your Title, Music, Duration, and Photos in a Memories Slideshow

If you aren’t quite happy with the title, music, duration or the photos of the slideshow, there is an option to fine tune it.

Step #1. Pause Memory slideshow.

Want to make any Memories slideshow your favorite? It’s just as simple.

Step #1. Select a Memory.

Step #1. Go to Memory → Play slideshow video → Tap on the share button at the lower left corner of the screen.

Step #1. Tap on Memories tab in Photos app.

Don’t want to see some of the photos in Memories slideshow? You can get rid of them.

Step #1. Select memory from which you want to delete photo(s).
