Step #3. If you want to check out the data of previous days, swipe to the right or tap on a date located at the top of the screen.
Step #4. To check more detail, tap on a subject, There is also an option to select the period for that data like Day, Week, Month, or Year.

You can enable any app to show health data.
Step #1. Open the Health app on your device → Select a category.
Step #3. Now, you will have to scroll down and then select a subject which data you need.
Step #4. Tap on Data Sources & Access.
Step #5. Tap on Edit at the top right corner.
Step #6. Now under Data Sources, tap on the app which you want to show data. A check mark will appear next to that data source.
