The Today section is very helpful in letting you view your data at a glance.

Step #1. Open the Health app on your iPhone → Tap on Today.

Step #2. Next, just scroll up or down to view your health data of that day.

Step #3. If you want to check out the data of previous days, swipe to the right or tap on a date located at the top of the screen.

Step #4. To check more detail, tap on a subject, There is also an option to select the period for that data like Day, Week, Month, or Year.

You can enable any app to show health data.

Step #1. Open the Health app on your device → Select a category.

How to Enable the Viewing of Your Medical ID in an Emergency in iOS 10 on iPhone

You can allow your medical ID to be viewed in an emergency.

Step #1. Launch the Health app → Tap on Medical ID tab at the bottom right corner → Tap on Edit at the top right corner.
