Drag and Drag is probably the biggest highlight in iOS 11 for iPad. And considering how impressively it works on the iPad, it's going to attract many laptop users to finally switch to Apple's tablet. But that is on the other side of the stream. Can I use Drag and Drop on my iPhone running iOS 11? Sort of.
You can easily move multiple apps from one screen to the other or easily drop them into a separate folder. Even better, you will quickly move documents from one folder to the other using Drag and Drop in Files app on your iPhone. Interestingly, “DaD” works as smoothly on iPhone in the native file manager app as on iPad.
Note: We have tried Drag and Drop feature on iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 6s Plus, 6s, 6 Plus and 6; it works well on the said devices.

How to Create Folder and Put Apps in It on iPhone Running iOS 11
Step #1. Tap and hold any app to enter edit mode.
Step #2. Next, drag any app and hold it (for a couple of seconds) on the app with which you want to keep it.
Step #3. Now, a folder will be created.
Move app and Folder on Other Screen
When you are in edit mode, simply drag any app or folder at the desired screen.

Step #1. Touch and hold on any app to enter edit mode.
Step #2. While still holding on any app, tap on the apps you want to take along with your other finger.
Step #3. Next up, you need to drag them to the preferred screen.

Step #1. Tap on the folder from which you wish to remove any app.
Step #2. Now, touch and hold the app which you wish to remove.
Step #3. Next, drag the app out of the folder.
The folder will continue to exist even if there is a single app in it.
How to Move Documents/Files Using Drag and Drop in iOS 11 on iPhone
With iOS 11 you can drag and drop files from one location to another. Here we have taken an example of Files app.
Step #1. Open Files app on your iPhone.
Step #2. Next, tap on Browse at the bottom → Select the location where you have saved your file. I'm going to tap on iCloud Drive.
Step #3. Next, locate the file or folder you want to move. Then, touch and hold it.
Step #4. Tap on the back button at the top left corner and then drop the file onto the folder or head into your preferred location where you want to keep it.
Tip: Keep holding on the file with your one finger and use your other finger to navigate from one page to the other to find the folder to drop the content.
