How to Use AirDrop in iOS 11 on iPhone and iPad

How do you use AirDrop in iOS 11 on iPhone and iPad? That's as easy as before! Follow through this up front guide to find out.

Whenever I have to share files across iDevices, AirDrop is my preferred medium. The prime reason why I select AirDrop is that it’s quite easy-to-use and secure. Besides, it doesn’t change the quality of image and videos. With the latest iOS ecosystem, this quick file sharing feature has got a separate section in Settings app. What about the functionality? The process of using AirDrop in iOS 11 is pretty much the same as before.

So if you have just started using the newest iOS ecosystem and don’t find AirDrop at the usual place, do not get confused. Just like before, you can configure it to receive files from your contacts only or everyone. And if you no longer want to receive files from anyone, you have the option to completely turn it off to prevent anyone from sharing files with you.
