Step #1. Open Settings app on your new iOS device.
Step #2. Now, you have to scroll down and tap on Accounts & Passwords.
Step #4. Next up, you need to choose the account and then log in to it.
Step #5. When you have added your account, turn on syncing for all the data you wish to transfer to your iPhone.
Now, tap on Accounts at the top left corner to go back to the Accounts screen, if you aren't there. Then, you need to tap your new Account.
Step #6. Up next, you have to turn on the switch next to Mail to sync your email data. Likewise, turn on Contacts, Calendars, and Notes.
