iOS 9 has an excellent feature of “High Quality on Cellular”. Once you use this feature, you can enjoy highest quality music streaming on your iPhone. But be prepared for draining of your mobile data.
High Quality on Cellular is disabled by default on your iPhone. So, you need to enable this option first.
How to Stream Music at the Best Quality by Using Mobile Data in iOS 9 on iPhone and iPad
Step #1. Launch Settings app → Tap on Cellular (right below Bluetooth option.)
In some iPhones, Cellular is replaced by Mobile Data; this is due to mobile service provided opted by users.
Step #2. Toggle Cellular Data ON.
Step #3. Now come back to Settings screen; scroll down and tap on Music.
Step #4. Toggle Use Cellular Data ON (The option is seen under PLAYBACK & DOWNLOADS section.) Once you turn Use Cellular Data on, an option will appear below: High Quality on Cellular → Toggle High Quality on Cellular ON.
Please note that this option will eat more of your cellular data, and it will take much time for songs to stream.
