How to Choose a Particular Mailbox to Show up on the Apple Watch

Step #1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone from the Home Screen.

Step #2. Tap on My Watch, if you aren’t already there. It’s located at the bottom-left corner of the app screen.

Step #3. Scroll down a little and tap on “Mail“.

Step #4. Inside Mail preferences, tap on Include Mail located under heading MAIL SETTINGS.

Step #5. The next screen will display all the Email accounts added to your iPhone, select the account or the folder that you wish to view on your Apple Watch.

Any changes you make are applied immediately. Just to make sure, tap the Mail app icon on your Apple Watch and confirm the changes.
