iOS 10 beta 2 includes some changes, bug fixes and cool features like the option to let you send Low-Quality Image and enable “Slide to Unlock“. As the latest iOS ecosystem is still a work in progress, we expect a lot more changes to arrive in future betas.

Among several excellent features, there is a pretty impressive newbie called Bedtime Wake Up Sounds. If you haven’t yet got it right, let me tell you that it’s about providing you some helpful alarms which you’d love to hear. Frankly speaking, I have found Bedtime pretty useful as it’s designed to help you sleep better.

You will need to enable Bedtime before getting started with it.

Step #1. Tap on the Bedtime tab at the bottom in Clock app on iPhone.

Step #2. Tap on Get Started.

Step #3. Next up, you will have to set the time when you would like to wake up. Then tap on Next from the top right corner.

Step #4. On the next screen, you have to choose which days or the week the alarm should go off.

As for instance, if you don’t want to wake at the scheduled time on Sunday, just tap on the particular day button.

Step #5. Tap on Next from the top right-hand corner.

Step #6. Now, choose how many hours of sleep you want. Then tap on Next at the top right corner.

Step #7. Up next, you have the option to set the bedtime reminder. For example, you can set it up to remind you before 30 minutes → Tap on Next at the top right corner.

Step #8. Select what you want to hear when you wake up. You have as many as nine options.

  • Early Riser
  • First Light
  • Helios
  • Orbit
  • Birdsong
  • Droplets
  • Sunny
  • Springtide
  • Bright-Eyed

Once you have selected the preferred option, tap on Next at the top right corner.

Step #9. Tap on Save at the top right corner to confirm.

How to Edit Bedtime Wake Up Alarm in iOS 10 Clock App on iPhone/iPad

If you ever want to bring some changes like increasing/decreasing sound volume, selecting a different wake-up sound, you can easily get it done.

Step #1. Launch the Clock app on your iOS device.

Step #2. Next up, you have to tap on the Bedtime tab at the bottom.

Step #3. Now, tap on Options from the top left the corner.

Step #4. Up next, you have four options-

  • Choose which days of the week you don’t want to wake up at the scheduled time.
  • Change the Bedtime Reminder.
  • Change the Wake Up Sound.
  • And set the volume as desired.
