Go back to Home screen or Lock screen and check the wallpaper. Hard press the screen to animate the wallpaper (This could be a bug in the latest iOS in iPhone 6s and 6s Plus because Live Wallpapers should be animated automatically. Let’s hope Apple will fix this in next iOS update). Also note that Live Wallpapers only work on Lock Screen and not on Home Screen.
