Step #1. Open Settings → Tap on Wallet & Apple Pay.

Step #1. Launch Messages app on your iOS device.
Step #2. Now, open the conversation in question.
Step #3. Check out the Apple Pay button in the new app drawer. Tap on it.
Step #4. Now, enter the amount you want to send to your friend. Then, go ahead with the on-screen instruction to send the money. In the end, you will have to authenticate with your Touch ID.
You will also get the option to request a particular amount. Just in case, someone requests money from you, tap on the amount and then you will have the option to approve or deny it.
How to Send Apple Pay Cash Using Siri in iOS 11
With the use of Siri, you can easily send the money to your endearing friend. To get started, simply activate the virtual assistant on your device. Either say Hey Siri or press and hold the Home button. Then, ask it to send the money to your friend. It will ask you how much money you wish to send, confirm it. Next, follow the usual process of sending the money. In the end, you will have to confirm the payment with your Touch ID.
The amount that you receive on your device is automatically stored as Apple Pay Cash card. You can use this card to send money to your friends, buy anything you want or even transfer it to your bank.
