Set Parking Location in Google Maps on iPhone and iPad
Note: You need to make sure you have the latest version of Google Maps installed on your device. (Open App Store → Updates → Google Maps and update the app)
Step #1. Launch Google Maps on your iOS device.
Step #2. Next, you need to tap on the blue location dot.
Step #3. Now, a menu will open from the bottom, tap on Set as parking location.
That’s it! The app will save the location for 12 hours.

You can download the set parking location area in Google Maps on your iOS device. It will be helpful in a situation when you don’t have the access to internet.
Step #1. Open Google Maps on your device.
Step #2. Tap on Saved Parking at the bottom.
Step #3. Tap on Download and confirm.
If you want to be notified when the offline areas finish downloading, tap on Turn On in the popup. (To access the downloaded offline areas, tap on the menu at the top left corner → Offline areas.)
Clear the Set Parking Location in Google Maps on iPhone or iPad
You can easily clear or remove the location which you have saved for parking.
