Wouldn’t it be nice if you could instantly connect your AirPods to Apple TV using Siri? Yeah, it would really be. Unfortunately, there is no straightforward way to make it happen. But wait a minute, there is a handy workaround (discovered by Reddit user bd7349) that might do the trick for you!

First things first, the trick may or may not get the job done for you. Hence, do not get overjoyed until you have found success with it. As per the tip, you can use the Siri button on your Siri remote to quickly connect your AirPods with your Apple TV. Let’s find out how it works the right way!

Note: This tip works with the Apple TV running tvOS 10.

Step #1. First off, launch Settings app on your Apple TV.

Step #2. Next, you need to click on Remotes and Devices.

Step #3. Now, click on Bluetooth. Then head over to AirPods. (Make sure not to click on it.)

Step #4. Next up, you have to press and hold on the menu button in order to go back to the Home screen.

Note: This step is very important as it lets you save the place. It takes full advantage of Siri’s functionality to take you directly to the last screen you were on in the Settings app.

From now onwards, whenever you ask Siri to connect to your earphones, you will be automatically directed to the AirPods connection screen in the Settings app.
