Update: If you had already installed the previous watchOS 5 beta, updating it is pretty simple. Just head to the Watch app on your paired iPhone → General → Software Update and then install the update as usual. But if you are yet to get started with the dev beta, follow the steps mentioned below.

Requirements

  • Be sure your Watch is compatible with watchOS 5 that doesn’t support the first gen Apple Watches.
  • Your iPhone must be running iOS 12.1 beta 5.
  • Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  • The wearable device must have at least 50% battery life.

As mentioned above, first off we need to download the watchOS beta profile.

Step #1. Launch Safari on your paired iPhone and visit this site.

Step #2. Now, tap on Slow Download option.
