#1. You need to install iOS 10 beta on your iPhone.

#2. You have to install watchOS beta profile on Apple Watch. Must reboot the Watch after the beta profile has been installed.

#3. Your smartphone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

#4. The wearable device must have at least 50% battery life.

#5. The smartwatch needs to be on a charger to complete the update process successfully.
