Apple has just rolled out the second public beta of macOS Catalina 10.15. As with every generation of software, Apple brings new features and security updates. So if you want to explore the pre-release software then the beta program is for you.
The new bundle will also bring a decent amount of bugs, performance issues, and app compatibility issues as the company expect the users to share their feedback during this phase. Note: Make sure to back up the system, just go to Machine icon on the menu bar and then click on Back up now. Alternatively, you can go to System Preferences → Time Machine → Select Backup Disk → Choose backup disk.

How to Download and Install macOS Catalina 10.15 Public Beta 3 on Mac
Step #1. Launch Safari and head over to the beta.apple.com.
Step #2. Click on the Sign-Up.
Note: If you had signed up for the public beta previously, click on Sign In and jump over to enroll your Mac section.
Step #3. Now, enter your Apple ID and password and then click on Sign In.
Step #4. Next up, Select the macOS tab and then click on the enroll your Mac.
Step #5. Click on Download the macOS Public Beta Access Utility.
Step #6. Now, open the file from the Downloads window and double click the package to run the installer.
Step #7. Click Continue and Agree to the terms and conditions when prompted, after that click on Install. Once the installer has been downloaded, the Mac App Store will open up with macOS Catalina, Click on the Download button.
Once the software has been downloaded the computer will reboot.
Now sit back and let the download process finish. You can monitor the status from the Mac app store updates tab. The macOS Catalina installer will open up automatically, once the download is finished.
Step #8. Now, Click on Continue.
Note: It may ask you to backup if you’ve already done it, click on Cancel. If you’re yet to do that click on Continue. Once backed up, click on continue again.
Step #9. Next up, click on Agree to the Terms and Conditions → Click on Agree again to confirm.
Step #10. Click on Install → Enter your Administrator password and click OK → Hit Restart.
