You can go to Apple.com to view the list of all the iPhone X, iPhone 8/8 Plus carriers, and bands. The models of the devices are as follows.

How to View iPhone X, iPhone 8/8 Plus Model Number in iOS 11
Viewing the model of any iPhone is much easier from the Settings app. Besides, you can access several other important Information from the About section.
Step #1. Open Settings app on your device → General.
Step #2. Now, tap on About.
Step #3. Next, you need to tap on Model to switch from the part number to the model number.
Note: Some websites reported that model number of iPhone X, iPhone 8/8 Plus is itched on the SIM tray but we didn’t find it there. We found only the IMEI number printed on the SIM tray. Besides, Apple says that only IMEI number is printed on the SIM tray of its iPhones 2017. If you find anything different, inform us in the comments.
How to Find Regulatory Information for iPhone X, iPhone 8, and 8 Plus
From the Settings app itself, you will also access the regulatory information along with the model number of your device.
Step #1. Launch Settings → Tap on General.
Step #2. Tap on About.
