As expected, Apple has announced the latest version of macOS at WWDC 2018. Currently, available in developer beta, macOS Mojave looks pretty refined and more efficient. If you have a developer account, you can download and install macOS Mojave beta to play around with all the new features that have come loaded with it.
As always, ensure that you have fully backed up your Mac to remain on the safer side of the stream in case of any mishap. As the the latest macOS is still in beta and requires more refinements, you should always be prepared to encounter issues like battery drain and even freezing of apps.
Update: If you had downloaded the previous beta, you don’t need to go through the whole process all over again. Simply open the App Store → Updates and then install the update as usual. But if you haven’t yet put your hands on the dev beta, follow the steps mentioned below.
