Step #1. Launch Cydia on your iDevice.
Step #2. Tap on Installed.
Step #3. First find the Cydia package you wish to downgrade.
Step #4. Tap Modify button.
Step #5. Tap Downgrade.
Step #6. Tap the version you want to downgrade to;
Step #7. Tap Confirm.
Follow the above steps and you can easily downgrade the latest version of any Cydia tweak or package to the older one.
