The redesigned App Store is one of the biggest takeaways in iOS 11. Now, it's become more straightforward to discover top apps. While browsing through the Store in Today/Games/Apps tab, you will come across promotional videos of an app or game; showing a quick glimpse of what it has to offer. But if you are on limited bandwidth and wish to reduce cellular data usage, there is a quick way to turn off auto-play videos in iOS 11 App Store.
You have the option to play videos on Wi-Fi only. One very important thing you need to know that whether you have enabled app previews without any restriction or selected to stream videos on Wi-Fi only, it plays videos only when you have sufficient bandwidth. Anyway, you no longer want app previews to play automatically in App Store on your iPhone and iPad? Let's head over to completely turn it off!

Step #1. Open Settings app on your iOS device.
Step #2. Next, scroll down and tap on iTunes & App Store.
Step #3. Now, you need to tap on Auto-Play Videos.
Step #4. Next up, you have three options to let you choose how app previews will work:
