Step #1. Connect your iPhone/iPad with iTunes on Mac or Windows computer.

Step #2. Click on your iPhone/iPad icon in iTunes.

Step #3. Click on Apps under the Settings section on left side of iTunes screen.

Click on Your iDevice Then Click on Apps in iTunes

On the right side of iTunes screen, you can see a list of apps; next to it is Home Screens.

Step #4. Double-click on a Home Screen from where you can choose the app to delete.

Step #5. Click on the app to delete.

You can see a delete sign (x) on upper left corner of app icon.

Step #6. Tap on the delete sign.
