There may be a numbers of screenshots in the iPhone Photo album that are no longer necessary. And deleting them one by one could be a tedious job.
There is an app for iPhone and iPad called Screeny that filters out all the screenshots from the iPhone Camera Roll and allows you to delete them at once. It will also indicate about the screenshots that are older than three months along with the space they consume in your camera roll.
How to Delete All Screenshots from iPhone and iPad at One Shot
Step #1. Download Screeny ($0.99), launch app once it’s installed.
Step #2. Click on Start Scanning option.
Step #3. The app will search out all the screenshots from the Camera Roll(It may take time depending on the number of screenshots.)
Step #4. Tap on the arrow sign.
Step #5. After the Screeny finds out all the screenshots, tap on the top right arrow button.
Step #6. You can select by tapping on the option as follow;
- Select all except last 15 days
- Select all except last 30 days
- Select all screenshots Tap
Step #7. After you have selected the screenshots that you want to delete “tap” on the delete/trash button that appears red in color on the bottom right interface.
Step #8. Pop will appear tap on delete.
This is how you can delete all the screenshots that you may have forgotten a long way back. You can even deselect the screenshots that you do not want to delete for example if you tap on Select all except last 15 days then you can tap on the screenshot to deselect which you want to keep.
