Step #1. Open Facebook app on your iDevice.

Step #2. Tap on More from the bottom right.

Step #3. You can see Events under FAVORITES; Tap on Events.

Step #4. Create Event by tapping on + symbol from the top right.

Tap Create Button to Create Event on iPhone

Now you can give a suitable name to your Event and fill necessary fields to create an Event. Based on the nature of events, you can decide whether you want to create a Public event or Private event.
