With iOS 10 installed on your iPhone, you can create and edit iWork documents right from iCloud Drive. It’s a welcome move by Apple, which would let you manage the iWork apps with ease. Here is how it works!

  • Make sure to download Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Do not forget to download iCloud Drive as well from the App Store.

Step #1. Launch iCloud Drive on your iPhone.

Step #2. Next, you will have to tap on the Pages, Numbers, or Keynote folder.

Step #3. Now, tap on the document you want to edit.

Step #4. Next up, edit the document in Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on your device.

Step #5. Up next, tap on iCloud Drive at the top left corner of the screen to return to the app.

How to Create a Pages, Numbers, or Keynote Document in iCloud Drive in iOS 10

Creating Pages, Numbers, and Keynote document right from inside iCloud Drive is quite simple.

Step #1. Open iCloud Drive on your iOS device.

Step #2. Next, you have to tap on the Pages, Numbers, or Keynote folder.

Step #3. Tap on any document in order to enter iWorks mode.

Step #4. Tap on Presentations(for Keynote), Spreadsheets (for Numbers) or Documents (for Pages) at the top left corner of the screen.

Step #5. Tap on Create Document, Spreadsheet, or Presentation when the list of documents show up and go about the job as usual.
