How to Connect Twitter Account with Facebook and Vice-versa

Facebook and Twitter are one of the most popular apps. If you use both of them, you would love to connect your Twitter account with Facebook profile or page so that each of your post or tweet has the maximum likes and comments.

Linking Facebook account with Twitter or vice-versa is quite simple. But you need to do it via their web applications. Let me show you how it works.

Step #1. First and foremost, open any web browser on your computer and go to twitter.com.

Step #2. Now, sign in to the account you wish to connect with your Facebook profile.

Step #3. Next, you need to click on your profile and select “Settings and privacy.”

Step #4. Next, click on Apps tab located on the left side of the screen.

You will have to log in to your Facebook account if you are not already signed in. Enter your login credentials and click login to sign in to Facebook.

A popup will appear explaining that Twitter will receive certain information from your Facebook account, click on “Continue as [your Account name].”

Step #6. Next up, you need to select the privacy settings for who will see your Tweets and tweets posted on your Facebook wall.

By default, it’s set to friends. Click “OK.”

Going forward, your Tweets and Retweets will now post to your profile Facebook wall, and your username will be displayed there as well. However, replies won’t be published.

You can link your Facebook account to Twitter to share your posts with your followers. You get the option to choose the type of posts you want to share. For instance, you can share photos or links and events.

Step #1. Open any web browser on your computer and open www.facebook.com/twitter.
