How to Close All Apps at Once in iPhone or iPad Running iOS 8:

#1. Launch Cydia -> Search for KillBackground8 and install it. You will be asked to respring the dashboard once tweak is installed.

#2. Launch Settings -> scroll down and tap on KillBackground8 and switch on Enabled option.

Now, reveal multitasking switcher by double pressing the home button, and you can notice a circle with a skull located in the AppSwitcher view. Just tap on that circle and all background apps are killed at once on your iPhone or iPad.
